Race 6 saw the Rosemere Rowers in Boat 1 racing against The TT Racers in the green Boat 2.
The Rosemere Rowers previous time was 1.36.62.
The TT Racers previous time was 1.10.19

Race 7 saw Y Club in lane 1 racing against Dyer Environmental in boat 2.
Y Club's previous time: 1.07.98
Dyer Environmental's previous time: 1.14.81
Y Club in the yellow boat, who were currently holding the day's fastest time put in another very strong performance with another 'new fastest time of the day' and became the first team to break the one minute barrier: 0.58.80.
Dyer Environmental in boat 2: 1.10.37. (stil a four and a half second improvement).

Race 8 was a thrilling race between two well matched crews:
The Cruden Crew in the yellow boat
PCA UK in the green boat
The Cruden Crew's previous time was: 1.13.79
PCA UK's previous time was: 1.17.19
Although both team's put in a strong performance, PCA UK just managed to keep their slim lead all the way down the course.

The Cruden Crew's time: 1.10.86
